SBCH

Dear Clients, Friends and Colleagues,

Twenty seven years ago, Richard Stempel, James Bennett, Richard Claman and I founded Stempel Bennett Claman & Hochberg, P.C. with the concept of establishing a firm that could provide sophisticated legal services and advice to the real estate community.

Approximately four (4) years ago Richard Claman and I decided that, as our firm had grown, we needed to add additional practice areas, such as corporate and tax, to continue to serve our clients’ needs.  After some thought we realized that the best way to add these disciplines was to find a like-minded firm that already had these departments.  It was of critical importance to both of us that any firm we joined possessed the same dedication to its clients and intensity to its work.

It is with great pleasure I am able to announce, that as of August 1, 2022, the Partners, Associates and Counsel of SBCH have joined the firm of Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP.   Golenbock Eiseman is a full-service Manhattan-based business law firm which has served its clients’ complex litigation, corporate, reorganization, intellectual property, real estate, tax and trust & estate needs since it was established 40 years ago.  We only regret that due to Richard’s untimely passing he will not see the culmination of our efforts. We know that he was looking forward to the joining of our firms.

As of August 1, 2022 our new phone numbers and email addresses are:
